Like maybe you weren’t sure if he knew what he was talking about, or if you were overcharged, or if the job was done correctly. We want to take those worries off of your shoulders by letting you know that here at ProMag Energy Group we always have your best interest in mind. Our accomplished HVAC technicians and brilliant electricians are here to help you at anytime with most of your home’s needs. Of course if you do decide to go with another company always be sure that you have researched just who is going into your home and make sure you do not break any of their warranties or service agreements.
Make Sure Technicians are Licensed and Bonded
When it comes to people coming into your home you need to make sure that they are licensed professionals and trusted workers. All of our technicians have been with us for many years and our license number here is CMCA48033. Never go with a company you are not sure of, make sure to see their credentials up front to make sure they are who they say they are. Also be sure that when you are given a quote on something that their price range is accurate and in accordance with similar products. Make sure that when you get any quotes, diagnostics or notes write them down on a piece of paper. Having these types of things in writing is always a smart idea just in case anything goes wrong.
Do Not Get Work Done by Anyone but an Authorized Dealer
ProMag offers 1-3 year warranties with every new system we install. We also provide maintenance checks biannually to make sure everything is running smoothly. Here are also some of the service agreements we also provide:
- All parts & materials required for repairs on emergency service are discounted by 15% for Service Agreement Holders.
- Service Agreement Holders are covered under our Service Warranty which waives Emergency Service Call fees.
- Service Agreement holders receive preferential service over all other types of activity normally undertaken by ProMag Energy Group, Inc.
There is a way you can break your warranty though. The one thing that will break nearly every warranty from every company that sells HVAC systems is if you get more work done to the system by someone other that an authorized dealer. This means that you should NEVER work on your A/C yourself. Remember that! It would be a terrible shame if your warranty was ruined because of something like that. This mistake could end up losing you hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
If you ever need any work done around your house be sure to call one of our licensed and bonded technicians to ensure your HVAC needs will be met with quality and care.
