THE SOLUTION

thoroughly clean your duct work using a truck mounted vacuum. Secondly we sanitize it killing
the remaining pests. Third we seal the interior of your duct work which is called
“encapsulating”. This cutting edge technology will “seal” the inside of your ducts to prevent
fiberglass particles becoming air borne, prohibits microbial growth and energy savings.
After your ducts are now clean, preventing it from getting dirty again is the next step. We
recommend installing hypoallergenic filters such as Bryant’s filter media systems. Also the use
of ultraviolet lights in the system will kill bacteria, mold spores and viruses.

Duct Cleaning is the removal of dirt, dust and all other microbial particles causing obstructions
and unwanted smells lodged with‐in and stuck to the sides of the duct system and the air
handler unit, it is very important that these particles are destroyed and then removed from the
system to promote a healthy environment with‐in your Facility. Once the duct cleaning

Duct Cleaning Procedure

Sporicidin: Product Registered for HVAC Use, antimicrobial disinfectant spray.

USED FOR

We remove all supply and return air grilles from their location and the holes are blocked
so that no air can be drawn through the openings, and then the grilles are cleaned.

Next penetrations are made in the supply and return air duct plenums located at the
indoor air handler so that the vacuum hose off of the duct cleaning vehicle can be
attached to begin drawing the unwanted debris and particles from within the duct
system.

Next when the ducts are clear from all the unwanted dust the duct system is completely
sanitized with a non abrasive chemical to eliminate the growth of unwanted microbial
irritants that are located with‐in the duct system and indoor air handler.

After the sanitization and disinfections process is completed the duct system and air
handler are completely sealed with a non microbial growth sealant which is applied with
an airless paint rig to the entire length of the existing duct system and also the air
handling unit.

At this point the duct system and air handling unit are 100% cleaner and completely
sealed all the access holes are now sealed and the debris that was in your ducts now
resides safely with‐in our truck never to be seen of or smelled again.

This entire process takes a crew of three people approximately 4 to 6 whole hours to
complete, which includes the cleaning of the duct system and then clean up the job site.
