Greg did a great job of explaining how our air conditioner worked and was very personable.

When my former a/c service couldn’t make it to my home on Saturday I looked on the internet and found Promag. I read the reviews and I made a call . Greg arrived at my home within a couple of hours to see what the problem was. I was impressed. This is the first time a service man took the time to include me in the inspection of the unit and the handler and explain in layman terms what was going on. Greg found some issues that made my jaw drop. (Many thanks, Greg) My unit was old and I knew it was time to replace it. I had visions of having to wait for the paperwork and details but the incredible thing is I didn’t have to wait. Arrangements were made and I would have my new a/c on Sunday! The technician installers arrived Sunday morning and left late that night. Thank you, thank you, thank! I highly recommend Promag. (By the way, the circuit breaker had tripped on the old unit. And there was a problem as Saturday afternoon I had to reset to old unit several times)
